  RENOWNED FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!? WHAT A JOKE HERE'S WHY: I am extremely disappointed in the after sales care of a pair of headphones I purchased, Sony wireless WF-1000 x. I went to return them becuase they were not working in November after making the purchase in October. I was expecting a full refund but they insisted on sending the item off for repair and A man said if Sony replace the headphones we will issue a refund and hold on to the new item. SONY could not find a fault! HOWEVER RIGHT EARPIECE PROJECTING NO SOUND!. They claim it is compatible with all androids and I personally have a ONE PLUS 5T. I'm still in the process of moving forward with this issue but JOHN LEWIS just said 'CONTACT SONY DIRECT FROM NOW ON' completely letting go of service and not accepting ownership or responsiblilty for this matter. Upset and still getting no-where after spending £200. With NO WORKING HEADPHONES. Strongly recommend all customers stay clear of electronics from john lewis and take their business elsewhere.
