  Excellent customer service! My husband have purchased a phone from this store. 11,5 months later, phone developed a concern. We went back there and staff have have been regretful but efficient. Changed to completely new phone. There is always someone to assist and everyone is very friendly!

  My dad was sent to 3 different people before being told had have to wait for an APPOINTMENT???? Seriously - an appointment so that he could buy a new keyboard as his had broken. How self-important do these people think they are?? Why do people even buy Apple products when there's so much variety in the market with better service. In the end he went to John Lewis and got the keyboard he wanted £20 cheaper and guess what - no appointment! Sorry Apple but the Brits know what customer service is plus you get a fantastic guarantee at John Lewis. Ta ta!!
