  There is a real problem with this particular store. They don’t answer the phone and do not communicate anything when it comes to update their customers who purchased something online. REALLY DEPLORABLE!!!

  What could be a fantastic store is let down by some rude sales assistants and mish mash layout. Its a bit like walking through a literacy and stationary maze. The post office always has a long wait. Both counter and self service machines. It doesn't really help that some members of staff try to sell internet packages to a customer after they have dealt with their needs, very frustrating for the people in line.

  It is quite a large branch and it has a huge variety of books and stationary. However the layout is not very good and it makes shoping quite tiresome. The post office branch is located inside the branch now. However it takes a very long time to reach the counter.
