  Terrible staff. Today my younger sister and I went to Waitrose to get her some groceries. While we were waiting for the employees to scan our food , we heard them talking about us as if we weren’t right in front of them. They were discussing about how I was her “teen mom” which is both rude and disrespectful towards customers. They should not talk about people who are of no concern to them and talk about me in such a manner. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I do not wish to shop at such places that will make me uneasy. I am scared to go back to Waitrose and face employees who are thinking such things and talking about me as if I am not human and an interesting book for their amusement. Although I am a frequent and loyal customer, due to this rudeness I encountered, I am considering whether I should continue to shop there from this moment onwards.
