  customer service was disgusting, i went into the fitting room to try a dress on and i looked for someone to give me a number card but there was no one there so i just went straight in assuming they don’t give out the number cards, and i came back out this girl asked me if she can look at my number card i said no one gave me one and she said “no one gave you the card” in a very bad manner, she made it sound like i was lying then another customer came out and she said the same thing that i said and then she let me go, disgusting behaviour i was going to buy the dress but no you’ve lost yourself a customer urban outfitter i am very disappointed. this was happened on the 30th/3/2018 at 20:15

  This store has been one of my favourites for years. Today I visited again and as I was walking out of the fitting room (after waiting to get in and then to get out) I was confronted by a woman who asked me if I had the hangers to return with the clothes. I said I left them in the fitting room, to which she replied: ‘ Yeah, can you go and get them then’ . Now, this wasn’t even a question- this was an order. There was no ‘please’ either. Rudest customer service. As if the roles turned around. So well done Urban Outfitters HR for employing a person with no awareness of what a ‘job’ means. Not coming back to this branch.
