The worst after sales experience. I have been using this company for at least ten years.Bought two turbos for a Discovery 4. Complete body off chassis to replace them. Everything put back together. Takes two days! We get noisey turbos. They were adamant it's not there fault. Take the body off again. Take back the turbos. Drive back to Maidenhead. Get a phone call an hour later. Turbos have failed. Didn't even drive the car.Drive all the way back and start again. They supplied two brand new turbos second time around.Not even an apology! Nothing! Didn't offer any labour time. Very disappointed! Not the easiest turbos to replace. The worst after sales service. A sorry would have been nice. Beware if the turbo removal is long and awkward. You will get no aftersales back up.
