- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-18, by Agnieszka KozlowskaThis place needs a lot of improvement. It is very poorly managed. Their escalators were not working over a month over Xmas period and lifts are often broken. Surely that should be a priority to boost their sales, but they were so slow with getting this sorted. Cafe was another disgrace, but recently I noticed some improvements, but it is a long way to go.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-05-22, by gaudias mgrreally bad customer service. normally staff are nice and ready to help but first time i encounter yesterday when i swent to buy cigarette lady asked my I'D i gave her my ID on her hand and she threw my ID on the counter and cigarette aswell. what kind of staff is that when you don't know what customer service is.
