  Worst experience ever in my entire life, poor customer service and staff have horrible communication skills when it comes to helping a customer, nor do they feel the need to inform a customer as to whether an item would be refundable, although their website indicates otherwise (it says items will be refunded as to the methods they were bought in) but no such thing at the store, they give back a voucher which has a limited time frame and should be utilised by then. Didn’t they think it important to make customers aware (apparently there’s a sticker with a small font, stating so and so). I’ve placed an order utilising the voucher online and guess what, whether the items is delivered to the store/ to your house, it is the same price (£4.99 -just standard delivery) and they have the audacity to cancel one of my items (turns out it’s out of stock) so if I was to order again, I’d have to add another £4.99, ARE YOU MAD?. Useless company

  Bad experience. Team has average selling skills but above all, all there walkytalies / radios are so loud that you can hear them from the car par. Finally at the till the lady gets help using a wissle. Really? Could have appreciate talking to my wife without shouting!
