I'm NEVER going there again! I wanted to exchange my toddlers shoes for a different design but everything I chose was not in stock. The shop assistant didn't understand what shoes I wanted him to bring down from the display even though I specified the colour and appearance. The assistant also confused me with another customer who looked nothing like me. Finally when he eventually found a size 8 in stock he ordered a size 4 instead. I even overheard his colleague tell him off for ordering another wrong size for another customer. I spent so long in store that I started losing the will to live. Thanks Cornelius for making my visit so memorable that I felt compelled to write a review.
