  It was my three and half years old daughter favourite shop...whenever we went there either for tesco or any other shop she made us go there and bought something for herself..one day she garbed a small ball from the shop front and she was running around in the shop...i took the ball from her and kept it in the toy trolley..anyways, we bought something on that day and when we were coming out security guard stopped us and was asking for the ball...I explained him that ball must be in the shop and i myself kept it in the toy trolley..he said me to show him where i kept it. so i took him to show but surprisingly ball wasnt there of course staffs were working and they must have moved it...then manager named Paulo or something like that came toward us and even he took the side of the security guard.he was mumbling and saying that we should have been more careful...why children will take the ball and lose it in the shop and if it was different manager we would have been in problem...blalblalbla ..we said them if they want they can feel free to search us...but my wife hasn't any hand bag and nor had i...but the situation turned out to be very embarrassing because of a little £1 ball... I couldn't expect this behaviour from a manager...since then we do not go to that shop not even any other Smyths shop.
