  Not impressed. Rang three times to confirm they had my order from Reiss online, no answer. So I went down and collected item. The item had been delivered in a plastic bag so I asked the salesperson for a box. She said they didn't have any boxes. So I asked for one of the nicer paper bags they have. In the absence of a "yes of course" I explained it was a gift, indicating I wanted something nicer than the Jiffy bag to give it in, to which she said "well I wouldn't give it to him in that, it needs to be wrapped" and laughed. I'm not sure she intended to be rude, but it was. I'd expect better from Reiss, having just spent £90 on a shirt.
