  We came here three times in two weeks, couldn't buy a fish. They don't have any notice of what happens or told us at the first place that they don't sell fish on Wednesdays. The staffs here are unfriendly and unhelpful, they don't have any apologies of anything and kind of rude to customers both times. Feels like they don't want to do fish business, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  Full on screamed at my two year old for tapping the fish tank. Fully understand its stressful for the fish but making my small son cry and say he is scared of fish is totally over the top and abusive. Hope they pull the cctv footage on this one...

  The staff seemed like they really wanted to get rid of you. If you want to have informations about animals or how to take care of them, just find another shop.. I bought some fishes and they told us the ideal temperature was 28.. in 2 days 2 fishes died, so we look for info on Google and actually realised the ideal is from 21 to 26..28 just if they are breeding. On our first visit we were full of questions as it is our first time to have tropical fishes, and the staff we asked to just answered yes or no and disappeared. And the rest were too busy talking rubbish about other clients.
