  A chap called Ricardo asked if I needed help when I went in and then left me to browse. When I then wanted some help the ladies behind the counter ignored me. One of them was wearing specs if this helps identify her. She had things on the counter and barely bothered to move them so that I could see charms. She was too busy talking to another assistant . I tried to get attention when I had made up my mind. In the end I found the chap who was talking to the door security chap to serve me. If I had time to go to another shop for the same charm I would have done so. I shall never go to that store again.

  Had problems with my items and they've been replaced with brand new ones straight away. I am completely satisfied comparing to Swarovski which are charging me for repairs even though my items still have over 1 year warranty left.
