I tried on wedding dresses at around 6 different shops and Les Trois Soeurs had the nicest selection and best service. I also came back for accessories. The only thing that isn't ideal is how tiny the physical plant is--you've got Canary Wharf workers looking in at you almost all the time. However, that didn't really detract from the overall excellent service (warm manner, no pressure, good communication). I was very happy with my dress and headpiece, as well!

I ordered my original wedding dress (Anna Maier) with Les Trois souers 2 years prior to my wedding to get things organised and to ensure things went smoothly before our big day. Les Trois Souers then contacted me 18 months later to arrange an appointment to see my dress and have an initial fitting...I live in London but my family are all based in Wales so we decided it would be a lovely moment to bring my family up from Wales to share with me. My parents and 91 year old grandmother arrived in the shop, they took me into the changing room and opened the dress bag to reveal the wrong dress. They had ordered THE WRONG WEDDING DRESS for me. I was completely devastated and distraught, and the shop then still encouraged me to try on the incorrect dress, making me walk out in and explain to my family that it wasn’t my dress. To make things worse they then asked It I wanted to try on a sample of my intended dress to show them, which was dirty and in bad condition. The whole experience was awkward, upsetting and a complete waste of mine and my family’s time. The shop seemed a little apologetic but not sincere in acknowledging the scale of what they had done. I had raised to them in my confirmation email that they had listed the wrong dress in my original order, and have in writing the shop claiming to have corrected this before placing the order - this was clearly a lie. We then resorted to re-ordering the dress which now needed to be ‘fast tracked’ because the wedding was getting closer...on returning to the shop to try this dress on I was disgraced with the result. The dress looked nothing like the original dress ordered and the measurements were completely wrong, the dress being inches too short for me and gaping on me. There were even strands of cotton hanging off it and the button detail on the back was missing. I burst into tears and this induced a panic attack in store, we then agreed to leave the agreement of buying a dress with Les Trois Souers as they had completely ruined my wedding dress experience. After a painful few months of legal advice and emails to their customer service department we reluctantly received a refund for the money paid towards the dress, but NO COMPENSATION for what they had put me through. THIS SHOP RUINED THE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING MY WEDDING DRESS AND I WILL NEVER GET THAT BACK... I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PURCHASING YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE, AN UNOBSERVANT, UNSYMPATHEIC COMPANY WHO TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
