  Gave my car keys to them, the guy puts it right behind him inside a crappy key cubby that he doesn't even bother to lock and walks away. The desk being small, you can lean over and grab any key you want. The reception dirty and smells.. The guys working there seem like they don't know what they are doing. Don't use. In fact kwik fit was bad from the start.

  Poor customer service all the guys look so miserable. Paid for full service don't believe it was. As my car broke down 3 days later. The machanic that looked at it said didn't look like it had been touched. A reverse light that wasn't working failed to spot and my brakes making screeching noises which they failed to check. They even try sale me 2 tyres costing just over 300. Making it sound like it was a must. I refused an went else where for my tyres. Never going back again!!!
