Refused to do my MOT because I was 10 mins late after being stuck in traffic; took me 45 mins to get to this garage which is only 2 miles away and they could not even understand that. So concerned that the other cars which will hypothetically show up on time will also be late. Anyways the loss in revenue is so much greater than working 10 mins late. Got my MOT done at another garage closer and more understanding.
