Pushy and predatory ripoff shysters. During routine service, they call to say car needs a new drive belt. Estimated 4 hours work and upwards of 500 quid. Funny thing being, my model has a chain rather than belt, which does not need replacing... Took it elsewhere and all was well. These guys will happily invent all sorts of expensive 'problems' given half a chance - should be shut down and run out of town.
