  I booked my car for a full service (used online booking system) for Sunday 10am. Firstly, I arrived on time and waited until 10:20am to be seen - no apologies. Once I handed my car over, I was told that I should collect the car in 3.5 hours. I specifically ensured staff had my contact details, should they need to contact me. I waited 3.5 hours and called Kwik Fit and to collect the car, only to be told that they had NOT done the job and that "sorry they forgot to call" me. The Manager, Dee, was not working that day so I called the following day to speak to him and complain. Dee was extremely rude, unhelpful and was barely apologetic for the appalling service. I found Kwik Fit the Vale extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful - if you can go to another Kwik Fit, I would highly recommend it. In addition, I overheard another customer speaking to the staff explaining how they lost her wheels, and that she had been waiting for two hours.

  I won't use this company again. Terrible customer service. They lie about parts being non fixable, to get you to buy new from them. They don't greet or acknowledge a person once you walk into reception and they are very expensive. Many other places about that will be truthful to you and offer a good service. Enough said!
