  Good job, but expensive and a long wait. Took about 25 minutes before anything happened, Casey was helpful but there were simply not enough to staff there.

  Very helpful staff. The manager of the branch discussed the options and helped me to make the right choice. The work is booked and on completion you get a call. Thank you very much “team kwick fit- Golders Green” . Makes me feel very pleased, that we have a professional team locally.

  I came in with an engine warning light on the dashboard. I told them that the computer would tell them it was an engine misfire and that I would need to change an ignition coil. They came out and confirmed the 2nd ignition coil was bad and I should replace all four. I explained that even bmw themselves only replaces just the bad one, why would we need to replace all four? They got extremely irritated and annoyed that I knew this, but kept insisting. We had such a big argument in front of the other listening customers that I was actually insanely worried that they might do something to the car causing it to break down just so that they could tell me "we told you so". I saw the guy getting ready to start without my permission, and told them to stop, don't do anything, close it all up and give my keys back. They then charged me £40 for "diagnosing the fault" with the car even though I was the one to tell them what was wrong with the car. Crooks. I was so relieved when I finally managed to leave. Really scary experience...
