  Generally good. I went there to buy a specific cut size furniture board. However their board cutter is not working. So I went there to get nothing. I suggest calling them first before visit to make sure they have exactly what u need. Same principle applies to all UK stores: they just don't put enough live information on their online stock checking system.

  When it comes to the staff I've seen more function in a paper hammer, avoid dealing with them at all costs! I have been led around the store by many of them telling me where products are only for them to be wrong. They do not care about checking if something is in stock for you, they chat amongst themselfs and ignore you and just seem not to care at all. The shop is very big yet somehow seems full of junk still. Avoid. Go to Leylands which is not too far from this store. Also, the flowers are of the poorest quality and not looked after. Such a shame. This place needs to just close. the positive reviews on here are by their own staff as I have seen them in store.
