  I love H&M brand. if you are a fashion addicted and want to get cheap cloth H&M store is the best. There is nearly the whole year deals so that is good as well. This shop is quite big, there is more than 1 floor!

  On a rack full of black chinos for men they were all priced at £14.99 apart from size 33 which typically is my size! This was £17.99. We asked the lady behind the till why and she paused for a bit whilst she was thinking of a reply, she then said it is because size 33 is the newest in stock so is more! We explained that all the chinos were totally identical just the sizes vary. She wouldn't budge on her decision and we asked to query this with the manager and she said she was the manager! For good customer service she could and should have matched the price of the others. It's only £3 but there was no justification for the pricing and it was very evident that her reasoning was all that could come to mind! It just demonstrates a poor and questionable attitude to customer challenges on their part. A shame as the other branches are normally so good.
