  A truly first class HiFi experience at every level. I've been working with Graham's for many years now, from my modest initial gear to the HiFi heaven that I have built up now. Always competent, accommodating, first class service, thorough auditions, and the best advice. Special shout-out to Sophie, who has been advising me through all these years, endlessly switching back and forth between things I've been comparing, listening to the same song over and over, until I could make a confident decision - even if the decision turned out to be that I just keep my current gear, never pushing one way or the other!

  Took a speaker in for repair...they didn't find anything wrong with it and didn't even charge me for their time. Friendly service, will definitely go back
