  It's not my main area for shopping, but I do buy the odd items from here now and then. It's right next to Sainsbury's, which is my main shopping centre. East Ham Market is made up of several independent stalls or shops under one roof. You can buy flowers, food, fresh fish, vegetables, clothes, footwear, electrical goods and more, you can even have a meal and get a haircut or a new hairstyle. The shop owners there are very friendly too.

  It was a good place for grocery but recently they are doing refurbishment. Some shops are closed. Fish shop, all day breakfast, curtains and fresh vegetables
