  My first visit to Harvey Nichols London was exciting as i like the little store with less people . on my £rd visit i was send a discount email of 20% off so dicided to us it on a Saturday . when there bought few things and left before them the sales assistant told me she will have to call for authorisation for my card and i was surprise as i have use my card for three time the money i spend without a problem To my surprise i check my account the money has been charge twice . spoke to my bank i was told to speak to Harvey Nichols , went there to customer service spoke a black lady with short and she call up as she has not a clue as she has'nt been trained on that. spent 30mins there and i was later ridicule by here as she was speakin to some on the phone . And she came back to me that they can't find the transaction . i was let down by a big department store that i have spent thousands . i will never go there and i want to let others know that they don't respect and treat there customer as they mention.

  Food hall doesn't rival Harrods but it has unique items that you can't get anywhere in London like mac and cheese from Kraft. May not be much but if you are from the states and miss it, it is a necessity. Great clothing selection.
