  This store needs a change of management asap. I know someone who's been working here for nearly three years and has received so much upset from the manager. They give no compassionate leave for when someone close to you has passed, also had the audacity to tell them to find cover. I'm very disgusted with how they treat their staff especially the ones that have worked their for many years. If your going to apply for clarks I advise you don't work here, very poor managment.

  I always buy shoes at clarks in Stratford. Last week I discovered that I have clarks near my house. However the customer service in this shop was awful!!! They didn't say even THANK YOU after I spent £200!!!!!!!
