Service at the trade entrance was diabolical. They only had 3 usable trolleys for moving large boards, 2 of which were in a checkout queue waiting to be served for over 20 minutes, the third in the returns queue being processed by someone aging faster than the speed he was working at. All in all we waited 45 minutes for a trolley, and were done shopping in less than 10 minutes. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the place was full of misplaced merchandise,nothing had been sorted or tidied and yet the staff were all standing around having a jolly. Waste of time, won’t be going again.
