  If I could give Minus I would, we found 2 internal doors, ask a member of staff if the price and code was correct, told yes so we ordered. Doors arrived, but was not correct, the code and cost was wrong, phone customer care, who said they would look into it and get back to me, this didn't happen I had to phone them back, arranged pick up no one turned up, phone customer care to be told the pickup has not been arranged, new date agreed, and guess what no one turned up, at this point we became angry as we had wasted two days waiting for pick up, I made another appointment, we also said you wanted compensation for waste of our time which they want interested in, eventually Doors picked up. But we will never use them again.

  The man on the paint mixing counter was very helpful indeed. I hate your automated checkout and never use them on principle as it is simply a way of reducing staff and is of absolutely no benefit to the customer. If I am spending money in your store, the very least you can do is to afford me the courtesy of putting a human being at the checkout to take my money. Fortunately on this occasion there was, which is why I am giving it 5 stars. The other 4 are for the man on the paints.
