  Appalling customer service. I paid with credit card so I could trace my purchase in case I needed to return some items as i couldn’t really tell what I needed I have called the customer service asking to return some items, told them I had no receipt but I had the credit card receipts with the time and the amount. They told me to go to the store and they would change it for me with no problems. I spent money and time to go all the way to the store to then be told that I had to come back and call customer service which in few days will send me the receipt. The manager and the cashier at the store were unfriendly and very dismissed and not willing at all to help... obvsiously I never received any receipt and after several phone calls and many promises not only I haven’t received any receipt or been able to return my unwanted items which I have all rights to return but no one has ever called me. I am so appalled of this and I am seriously thinking to take this matter to social media and my numerous following with the hope that the matter get resolved. Very bad customer care so far... David
