  appalling customer service. everytime I use this branch there is never anyone on the medicines counter, if you call someone from the dispensary you are ignored or told to wait - with attitude. Most of the staff are miserable and robotic and lack any kind of service skills, maybe they don't have enough staff to cover this busy branch but that is management's issue to sort out. lucky there are other pharmacies in the town centre i can use instead.
