- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-19, by James PlunkettDreadful customer service. My tiles took 9 weeks to arrive because they'd forgotten to dispatch them. When they arrived, they were the wrong tiles. A refund took a further 3 weeks to arrange and they refused to refund the £15 delivery fee, leaving me out of pocket, with no tiles, and a building job delayed by 3 months. Not recommended!
