  I spent 12K on purchase and installation and renovation of a bathroom in January 2015. The work was done by Bathroom Solutions, a company which has a close connection with a Bathstore employee, and which they recommend. Since the job was completed, I have intermittent leaks through to the bedroom below. Bathroom Solutions comes back faithfully each time, only to tell me that hairline cracks, gaps in siliconing, possibly soft grouting are the cause. But they will not take responsibility for the leaks, which are most definitely due to insufficient tanking and sealing. All I care about is having a watertight, leak-free bathroom. As a result, I have an expensive but effectively unusable bathroom, and a ruined ceiling underneath. Dissatisfied in every possible way.
