  Above and Beyond I purchased an Eco Air 12P Portable Air Conditioner Unit from Atlantic Electronics in June during our mini heat wave, unknown to them it was for a very sick dog (Yes I know) me as well. I needed it quickly and no one not even the manufacturer had any as everything had sold out. I managed to find the one I wanted on Atlantics web side and called and ordered, it was one of a very few left. I explained that I needed it ASAP, but due to the weight it could not be on a courier next day, but I ordered it anyway. The owner called me back later in the day to say they had found a Haulier that could do next day and it was delivers at no extra cost. Our dog is still with us and as it turned out he was really ill and is now on Chemotherapy. Great Shop, Great People. Will use whenever I need any more Electronic Items.

  Absolute nightmare to deal with, sent me wrong item and then expected me to pay for it to be returned. After a full day of emails going back n forth I gave up and filed a claim with Amazon. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS !
