After monumental struggle with the automated lovely voice I finally got connected to a living person that was unable to help me. Now, the only reason I called this shop was the fact that is closer to me than the Regents street one. I had all my questions answered at the Regent street apple store almost instantly. Ok then, distance does not matter. I will never call the Stratford one again. You are rubbish! Thankfully I can sort out my issues at Regent street.
