  The white lilies I purchased from here died & did not even open after only 3 days. I called Amber Rose to explain to them what had happened. The manager told me it was my fault and that I should have looked after them properly... I have been buying lilies for years from various places as they are my absolute favorite. I have never once experienced this problem. I looked after these in the same way, by cutting the stems, giving them fresh water & feed. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. To be told it is your fault when a £40 bunch of flowers should have lasted more than a few days...surely?

  Literally, the best of the best of the best! Thank you to everyone at Amber Rose for making our wedding look INSANELY beautiful. Your hard work, help and friendship has been incredible. Above & beyond anything we could have ever asked for. We would recommend Amber Rose to everyone for all occasions. A truly wonderful florist. Thank you all for making our dreams come true and making our wedding look so sensational.
