  Poor stock management. Terrible cafe - staff are not trained to make basic drinks including a cappuccino. Rude cafe staff. The complementary drinks stand is always dirty and the milk jag is always empty. Also the drinks stand only has one type of tea available unlike Canary Wharf where you also get camomile and peppermint teas and soya milk. After two complaints nothing has changed. Poor management.

  Staff were really helpful. I wanted to look for a few items and when I asked for their help, it wasn't too much trouble to assist me. It was my first trip to this branch of Waitrose. It's also in a very nice location. The food selection is great and appetising. The sushi counter looked great too. I would highly recommend for anyone to visit.

  This is actually a supermarket I enjoy spending time in. The staff is friendly, there are actually useful and meaningful offers, the inventory is always nicely decorated and you even get some free samples every now and then.
