Contacted them to enquire if I could come at 11:30am and was told this would not be possible and I had to come during the allocated time as they were busy. I arrived and was told to wait.... at 11:45am it had become beyond a joke sitting waiting for over an hour to get pre booked tyres fitted. Needless to say I walked out after requesting my refund which I am still waiting on!
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-27, by Aidan O'ByrneRip off merchants who overcharged my wife by twice their own stock price for a tyre replacement because she was towed into them by the RAC and had no option to go elsewhere. Despite a "tyre price guarantee" they then said they wouldn't match their own advertised price because it wasn't from a competitor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
